Balcoon vessel basins are sculptural focal points in a room and thus go far beyond their pure function. The designer gave the countertop basin an impressive architectural presence by placing round and oval sinks on a square base.

The Balcoon basins are available in the classic colors of white and white satin. For Balcoon, Patricia Urquiola also created the earthy color Clay Terra Matt, which emphasizes the haptic and material properties of the vessels.

All vessel basins in the series are available with DuraShield® protective glaze, making them particularly hygienic and easy to clean.  All have a diameter of 450mm.
